By putting a deposit on a guided trip, you are signing a Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless agreement

LIABILITY WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I, PURCHASER AND PARTY   , hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for being permitted to participate in fishing activities organized by Bend It Fishing LLC:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that fishing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, and drowning. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participating in fishing activities.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bend It Fishing LLC, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, while participating in fishing activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or related to my participation in fishing activities and any breach of this agreement by me.

4. Medical Treatment: I authorize the Releasees to administer or arrange for any necessary medical treatment in the event of any injury, illness, or medical emergency that may occur during my participation in fishing activities.

5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: I agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines governing fishing activities, including but not limited to, fishing licenses, catch limits, and conservation measures.

6. Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this agreement, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue. I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
