I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participating in fishing activities.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bend It Fishing LLC, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as \"Releasees\") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, while participating in fishing activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e3.
